Love at first sight

Can you imagine how in love with Mary Joseph was? Mary was sinless-so amazingly holy. She had no jealous or impure thought in her existence. Some of us are extremely attractive at moments because it's evident Christ is in us and we radiate with holiness. But those are just for moments. Mary was always radiant with love, beauty, purity, and holiness. Her body was meant to be the first tabernacle upon which the Lord was to first dwell. Talk about radiance. Mary is infinitely beautiful. Imagine Joseph's first reaction to seeing her. That must have been love at first sight!

    Hi, Alycia

Was Mary sinless? I am not aware of any place in scripture that describes her as having been sinless. She was certainly blessed among women, but by my reading of The Bible, the only sinless person was Christ.

I agree, though, that Joseph's love for her must have been bigger than our ability to imagine it.

    What are your thoughts?

Feel free to e-mail me at, if you would like.

Look, bad news sister. She lied. She got railed by someone besides Joseph and used the stupidest excuse in the book. God railed me. Read the Protoevanglium of James. Its about Mary's life. Itll show you that her entire life was trying to cover the fact that she got knocked up.

I really hate to think of Mary as being "railed" by some other dude, and the fact that her life was "centered" around "covering" for being "knocked up". I seriously doubt that's what happened. Her yes was definitely the biggest yes anyone could have chosen.

Mary had to have been sinless...who else could be the vessel for the Son of God?

    love you, Alycia. ;-)
